About the Governor
His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma, CON
Hope Odidika Uzodimma is a Nigerian Politician who currently serves as Governor of Imo State. Born on 12th December 1958 to an Igbo Catholic family in Omuma, Imo state, Hope Uzodimma, a philanthropist at heart, took on the position as Governor of the Eastern Heartbeat with an unending dedication to the welfare of the people since 2020. He came into the political limelight during the Second Nigerian Republic with a shining zeal that cannot be quenched.

Professor Kenneth Amaeshi
Professor Kenneth Amaeshi was sworn in as the Chief Economic Adviser to the Imo State Government on January, 2022. He is a global expert in sustainable finance and economic development and a leading scholar in sustainable business and finance in the global south.
He holds a chair in Sustainable Finance and Governance at the school of Transnational Governance, European University Institute, Italy. He is also Chair in Sustainable business, University of Edinburgh, UK.
Professor Amaeshi’s leadership and expertise are widely recognized, and his dedication to his home state of Imo is evident in his tireless efforts to promote sustainable economic growth and improve the livelihoods of its citizens.

A quarterly publication through which the achievements of the State Government and its progress in delivering democratic dividends are ventilated.
